These scores take into account the lifter's bodyweight, gender, and total lift (sum of squat, bench press, and deadlift) to produce a single number that represents their relative strength.
The formulas used in this calculator are:
$$IPF GL Score = 500 + 100 \times \frac{Total - (a \times \ln(BW) - b)}{c \times BW}$$
Where $a$, $b$, and $c$ are gender-specific constants, $BW$ is bodyweight, and $Total$ is the sum of squat, bench press, and deadlift.
$$DOTS Score = \frac{Total \times 500}{Coefficient}$$
Where $Coefficient$ is calculated using a 4th degree polynomial based on bodyweight and gender.
$$Wilks Score = Total \times \frac{500}{a + bx + cx^2 + dx^3 + ex^4 + fx^5}$$
Where $x$ is the bodyweight and $a$, $b$, $c$, $d$, $e$, and $f$ are gender-specific constants.
